DPHP is a nearly colourless, clear and practically anhydrous liquid with a hardly noticeable odour. It is soluble in the usual organic solvents and is miscible and compatible with all of the monomeric plasticisers commonly used in PVC. DPHP is almost insoluble in water.

Application

DPHP is a transparent liquid with good compatibility and can be used freely on various standard plasticizing processing equipment. It is an environmentally friendly plasticizer. It has low volatility and good heat aging performance. It is suitable for wire and cable, such as UL60, UL75, and can be used with other plasticizers to produce wires and cables with higher temperature requirements, such as UL80, UL90, etc.; good anti-fogging performance, No peculiar smell, in line with strict automotive industry requirements; good UV stability, it is a wise choice for PVC products for outdoor use.

DPHP is mainly used in the production of wires and cables, automotive interiors, artificial leather, tarpaulins, automotive chassis sealing materials, coil coatings, advertising films, etc.
