Product Description

 Materials used to produce rubber is auxiliary latex (coagulum latex, bowl latex, braid latex). These latexes are mixed with one another according to a appropriate proportion to create quality products. Specifications of this rubber include Po index, impurities content, plasticity retention index, ash content, volatile matter content, nitrogen content. Difference among materials used to manufacture this rubber require a closer control quality of grades from the lattices (SVRL, CV) and a more meticulous blend. Producing block rubber from auxiliary latices must be done through a lot of steps: preliminary cleaning of materials, cutting into small pieces, chopping into smaller pieces (reducing size), drying….

 

SVR 20 is a rubber made from latex, impurities, so the nature of the rubber is hard, but when using this rubber mixed with RSS, CV50 and Latex will produce a very good product, meeting your requirements. Basic bridge of tire technology.

The SVR10 / 20 production system consists of 10 types of machines and 5 stirring tanks .ensure the production process will eliminate all impurities in raw materials, thereby creating end products (SVR10 / 20) meeting industry standards. This is the most complete production line of equipment and system of stirring, not different from factories of the state-owned system.
